This commitment has allowed us to exceed expectations and simultaneously grow into one of the nation’s largest and most respected orthopaedic practices.
As an organization that is focused solely on the treatment of both routine and complex musculoskeletal issues, we devote the entirety of our resources to the development of new treatments, the advancement of clinical care, and the pursuit of excellence in education and research.
A distinguishing feature of Rothman Orthopaedics is our emphasis on specialization both in clinical practice and research. Our joint surgeons focus on joints. Spine surgeons on spines and so on. This practice ensures that our patients receive unparalleled care from a physician who is an expert in their field and who is committed to providing the best outcomes possible. Although we’re one of the nation’s largest orthopaedic practices, Rothman Orthopaedic Institute’s heart lies in the many communities it serves. This “hometown attitude” is what leads Rothman physicians and staff to get involved in more than 400 community health fairs, athletic leagues, free lectures, local festivals and charity events each year.
Leading the charge is the “Rothman Community Crew”— a group of 30 employees who are the face of the organization at many of these events. Crew members staff tables, hand out health information and answer questions from the public. They also gather feedback about Rothman’s medical care and customer service — valuable information that helps the practice continuously improve.
Beyond the Crew, many staff members in over 40 of our outpatient offices and hospitals volunteer their time at local events for charitable organizations, civic groups, schools, youth sports teams and more.
